More cheese, please

Cheese is one of the best (and tastiest!) ways to get more dairy greatness into your life.

Humans have been unleashing the power of cheese for thousands of years. And for good reason: besides being an excellent way to preserve milk, it’s insanely nutrient and protein rich, a good source of calcium, helps lower blood pressure, has vitamins you can’t find anywhere else, and can even help maintain a healthy body weight. Plus, it tastes amazing. Really, really, REALLY amazing.

Fun Facts

  • Looking for some more energy? Try full-fat cheese! The extra healthy fat helps keep you full longer, adds flavor and is all-around delicious!

  • Did you know cheese helps keep your teeth healthy? The calcium in cheese builds strong teeth, plus it contains a protein called casein, which strengthens tooth enamel and prevents cavities (Maybe that’s why we “Say Cheese!” when taking pictures?).

  • Lactose intolerant? No worries! Here’s a little tip: the longer the cheese has aged, the less lactose it has. So natural cheeses like parmesan, cheddar, gouda, and swiss are all excellent options!
