Did you know cheese helps keep your teeth healthy? The calcium in cheese builds strong teeth, plus it contains a protein called casein, which strengthens tooth enamel and prevents cavities (Maybe that’s why we “Say Cheese!” when taking pictures?).
Lactose intolerant? No worries! Here’s a little tip: the longer the cheese has aged, the less lactose it has. So natural cheeses like parmesan, cheddar, gouda, and swiss are all excellent options!
