Preheat over to 400 F.
Heat pulled pork according to package directions. Stir in barbeque sauce, cover and steam for 5-8 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 F.
In a small fry pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, cook scrambled egg, stirring frequently.
Place flatbreads on sheet pan. Top each flatbread with cheese. Evenly spread barbeque pulled pork over the flatbreads. Note: This will not cover the entire flatbread. Top with about 4 slices of red onion.
Place in the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
