INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp of water
  • 1 oz of semisweet chocolate
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream

In a pot, combine sugar, cocoa powder, salt and water. Whisk over medium heat until smooth. Whisk in milk and heat until steaming.

Pour in mug and leave one inch at the top. Add generous scoop of vanilla ice cream and garnish with whipped cream and marshmellows.
