  • 1 ½ cups cottage cheese  
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 cup flour
  • Butter for frying

  1. Mix - Combine all ingredients in order and mix!  
  2. Make - Preheat a skillet with butter on medium heat. Spoon in your batter and cook on each side until golden brown.

Tip: Blend your batter to make it smooth! Top with fresh fruit and yogurt from a local dairy farm for extra taste.  

Note: Each serving size is 2 protein pancakes.
