  • 1 lb smoked bison burger
  • 16 oz Velveeta cheese
  • 8 oz colby jack cheese
  • 3/4 can Coors Light
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
Smoked Cheddar Bison

Heat the cheese and beer and add in the bison meat. Cook to consistency and add diced tomatoes at the end of heating. Serve with Fritos or tortilla chips.
