- Caramelize the Onions: Melt butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add diced onions, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and a splash of Worcestershire sauce. Stir and cook for 5 minutes. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook for another 20–25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the onions are soft and caramelized. Remove from heat and let cool.
- Prepare the Base: In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, and Greek yogurt. Mix until smooth and well blended.
- Incorporate the Onions: Add the cooled caramelized onions to the mixture and stir until fully combined.
- Chill & Serve: Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let the flavors meld. Serve with crinkle-cut potato chips or fresh veggies. Enjoy!
