INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup frozen mango, cubed
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup low-sugar vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • 1 tbsp flax meal
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Directions: 

  1. Prepare
    Cube mango and measure out ingredients.
  2. Combine
    Add ingredients to a blender and mix on high until smooth.
  3. Serve
    Pour into a glass and enjoy!
