Dairy workers are trained at least on an annual basis. There’s many ways that dairy workers can be trained and there’s excellent resources available to them to make sure that the animals are taken care of in the best way possible. Technology is widely being used to train employees, especially with the use of iPads, and gives the farm workers a one-on-one experience learning the best management practices to take care of the animals.
