Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 5 oz hot sauce
  • 8 oz monterey jack cheese
Fiesta Chicken

Preheat oven to 350.

Put the cream cheese into a microwave safe bowl to warm up to make it easier to mix. Into the cream cheese, add in the chicken, ranch dressing, celery, and hot sauce and stir until well mixed. Pour the mixture into an oven safe dish, smooth out and then top with monterey jack cheese.

Bake in the oven for 30 minute or until brown on top.
