Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup traditional / old fashioned oats
  • 1 - 1 1/2 cup plain kefir
  • 1/2 apple chopped or 3 tbsp applesauce of choice
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seed
  • 1 tbsp ground flax meal (optional)
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup, honey or sweetener of choice
  • 1 tbsp apple cinnamon granola (optional)

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients together well in jar or bowl.

2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

3. Enjoy cold or warm with an optional topping of apple cinnamon granola.
