Spinach Artichoke Dip

INGREDIENTS

  • 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 10 oz bag of frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup mayo
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix together parmesan cheese, spinach and artichoke hearts. Separately, combine remaining ingredients and mix with spinach mixture. Bake for 20-30 minutes and serve with crackers, tortilla chips or toasted bread.
