We’re always excited to provide different milk samples at events.Often times, we have a lactose free milk, which has the lactase enzyme added to regular milk to break down lactose, but it still retains all the vitamins and minerals of regular milk so people with a lactose intolerance can still consume it and use it as an ingredient when cooking.
There's also ultra-filtered milk. Because of the ultra-filtration process, this milk ends up having almost twice as much protein and about 50% less sugar. Plus, it’s also lactose free. Fairlife and Dairgold milk are two types of ultra-filtered milk you’ll see at the grocery store, so keep your eyes out!
