Orange Dream Parfait

Yogurt is packed with protein, calcium (often Vitamin D) and it tastes delicious. Containing less lactose than milk, it's a great option for those who suffer from lactose intolerance. Adding fruit delivers antioxidants, vitamin C and natural sweetness, and topping with a whole grain cereal or granola packs fiber, additional and B-vitamins. INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup canned mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 Tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 3/4 cups crisp rice cereal

Directions

Mix drained oranges with orange juice concentrate. Place ¼-cup yogurt in bottom of 12-ounce glass or clear plastic cup. Spoon half the oranges in on yogurt; add remaining yogurt, then remaining oranges. Top with crispy rice cereal.
